Our story

Playing in the dirt.

Leah and Wes Linster own and manage the garden, assisted by volunteers. Community members rent plots; a community plot is open to local groups and classes.

Some of the produce goes to the local senior center and people in need, and some is sold to residents and through Dirty Sally’s General Store to keep the garden going. It draws people of all ages — including couples with little ones. What a way to get youngsters interested in playing in the dirt.
